Final Reporting Process
Approximately 2 weeks after receipt of a grant check, your organization will receive an e-mail notifying you that your Final Report (also referred to as a Impact Report) is available on our website.
Final Reports must be submitted for Formal Funding, Capacity Building, and Brown County T.E.A.C.H.E.R. Fund grants.
To access the Impact Report, you may either use the link provided in the notification email or go to www.tracyfoundation.org and click on “Grants”…click on “Apply for a Grant Now”…click on “Other Requests”. Please answer prompts as when applying for a Pre-Application. Log in using the same email address and password that was used for the Pre-Application. Once onto the Welcome Page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to a link to the Final Report.
Final Reports are due within 1 year of receipt of the grant. The Tracy Family Foundation will not review any future grant requests if an organization has an outstanding Final Report.
